Fired Manager, Sewer Authority Attempting to Reach a Settlement Board Claims He Gave Himself Raises without Approval

Munhall officials and Michael P. Terrick, the fired manager of the Munhall Sanitary Sewer Municipal Authority, are attempting to resolve a dispute in which Mr. Terrick has gone to court to try to get his job back.

A court hearing that had been scheduled for Dec. 8 was canceled while both parties work toward a resolution, according to court documents.

A conciliation hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Jan. 6 in the Civil Division of Allegheny County Common Pleas Court before Judge Michael F. Marmo.

Mr. Terrick was terminated by the authority on Sept. 15. He had worked as manager since 2007.
