TREE RECYCLING IN ST. CHARLES

Recycled natural Christmas trees can serve as fish habitat, paths , mulch and much more.

Free collection sites are offered in St. Charles County. The tree stand, all decorations and any coverings must be removed.

Trees may be recycled at St. Charles Recycle Works Central, 60 Triad South, and County Recycle Works West, 2110 East Pitman Avenue, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, through Jan. 14; or Quail Ridge Park (Group Picnic Area parking lot), 560 Interstate Drive, from 7 a.m. to sunset daily, through Jan. 15.
