Since the Affordable Care Act was enacted, it seems as if few major improvements have been made. At least the public at large is not aware of improvements.

But my impression is that a system as intricate as this has a future if the sides cooperated with each other. But this is not the case.

This health care program (Obamacare) is already rooted with a foundation to work from. Even though many people are satisfied and or pleased with their coverage, others have complaints or frustration. The objective should be to take what is already there and work with it until more people are pleased and satisfied.

The way it is today, the system has many happy people and many unhappy people. The reason for this contrast is that the two sides (Democrats and Republicans) have not compared notes over time and agreed on mutual progress. …
