Kevin Imani had a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds to lead Charleston Catholic to a 62-49 victory over Parkersburg Catholic Tuesday at the Charleston Catholic Athletic Facility. It marks the first win of the season for the Irish against a state- ranked team. The Crusaders were No. 7 in Class A.

Robby Williams added 16 points and Luke McKown 10 for the Irish (11-5). For the Crusaders (11-6), Logan Plummer and A.J. Collins had 13 points each.

Poca 59, Independence 49: Luke Frampton dropped in 26 points as the Dots overcame an early nine-point deficit to chalk up a Big Atlantic Classic triumph in Beckley.

The win sets up a No. 1 vs. No. 3 game in the Big Atlantic AA finals at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center, as the third-ranked Dots take on top-rated Bluefield.

Mitch Hoffman added nine points for Poca (11-3), which hit nine 3- pointers and built its lead as high as 19 points in the second half.

For the Patriots (8-5), Tyler Haga had 17 points.

Chapmanville 62, Herbert Hoover 49: Drew Williamson hit for 23 points and Kyle Browning had 14 as the Tigers (13-3) defeated the Huskies (7-8) at home. For Herbert Hoover, Chase King had 21 points and Kody McGraw added 12.

Nitro 75, Winfield 58: Deshawn Womack hit for 29 points and Seth Brooks added 22 to lead the Wildcats (10-7) over the Generals (8-7) at Winfield. For the Generals, Braeden McGrew had 18 points, Christian Frye 15 and Tate Hancock added 10.

Ravenswood 69, Williamstown 39: Riley Heatherington had 26 points, nine rebounds and seven assists as Ravenswood rolled to a road win. Stephen Dawson donated 17 points and Isaiah Morgan added 14 for the Red Devils (14-1). Isaac Brown led the Yellowjackets (10- 7) with 20 points and Josh Folwell posted 11.

Wayne 75, Grace Christian 63: Cam Wallace scored 22 to lead the Pioneers (4-12) over the Soldiers at home. Justice Ramey-Ross added 18 points, Corey Marcum added 14 and Devin Hall 11 for Wayne. For the Soldiers, Adam Childers hit for 21 points.

Webster County 81, Liberty Raleigh 60: Dalton Gray scored 27 points and had eight rebounds, six assists and nine steals to pace the Highlanders (9-7) over the Raiders (0-14) at home. Dorian Groggs added 18 points for the Highlanders. Jalen Hudson had 18 points, James Harper 17 and Daniel Richmond 10 for the Raiders.

Clay County 72, Nicholas County 64: Isaac Workman tossed in 21 points as Clay County held off visiting Roane County. Thomas Haverty (16 points), Zach Dorsey (15) and Nate Canfield (12) also contributed for the Panthers. Luke Lerose led the Grizzlies with 30 points and Jacob Grose scored 13.

Meadowbrook, Ohio 82, Parkersburg South 48: Parker Blatt scored 21 points and Trey Singleton 16 as the host Colts (15-2) handed the Patriots their sixth loss in eight games. Alex Woolard had 13 points and Seth Fallon 11 for South (7-7). …
