What is big and yellow and frequently makes you late for work as it stops through neighborhoods on its way to school? The school bus, of course. Recently while riding the city bus to school, I took inventory of my fellow commuters, noting the wide variety of passengers.

We were a wildly mixed group of all ages, backgrounds and plans for the day. I paid special attention to the teenagers - all sitting quietly with earbuds in and straight faces. That is when it dawned on me that France is deprived of the iconic cheese block on wheels! …
