HIGH SCHOOL ROUNDUP

ENGLEWOOD -- D.J. Ogilvie, who coached football at Lemon Bay High for the last six seasons, is stepping down at Lemon Bay and has accepted a position as athletic director at United Local High in Hanoverton in northeastern Ohio.

"It was a super-tough decision," Ogilvie said.

Ogilvie served as United's head football coach from 1998 through 2004. He and Toni taught at United, too. Ogilvie also spent six years coaching at his alma mater, Boardman High in Youngstown, Ohio, before coming to Lemon Bay in March 2011 to replace Mike Messina.

Ogilvie went 35-26 in six seasons with the Manta Rays, leading them to two playoff appearances and a district title in 2015, their first title in 12 years.
