Applicant: Liberty Exploration Company, Inc. Relief Requested: Vacate 80 acre Drilling and Spacing Units, establish 40 acre Drilling and Spacing Units. Legal Description: SW 1/4 of Section 30, Township 26 North, Range 5 West; SW 1/4 of Section 24, and all of Section 25, in Township 26 North, Range 6 West, Grant County, Okla homa.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Grant County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Patrick Wininger Monroe; Lois C. Butts; John Charles Day; Clara Alberta Day; Cynthia Lynn Day; John Diaz Day; Lillian Christenson, Guardian for the Estate of Sara Lou Day, a Minor; Edgar J. Huff; William J. Neilson; Lib erty Employee's Trust, Coy Y. Kersey, Jr., Trustee; Russell L. Oxsen and Linda G. Oxsen; James R. Huff; Tommy L. Adams and Marilyn M. Adams; Robert L. Mills; E. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish drilling and spacing units as set out in special relief paragraph below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission vacate Order No. 271,722 insofar as it pertains to the Mississippi Chat, Viola, and Wilcox common sources of supply underlying all of Section 25, Township 26 North, Range 6 West; and establish 40 acre drilling and spacing units, with the units to consist of governmental quarter quarter sections, and with the permitted well to be located not less than 330 feet from the unit boundary, as follows: For the Mississippi Chat and Viola common sources of supply underlying the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 26 North, Range 5 West; and the Southwest Quarter of Section 24; and All of Section 25; Township 26 North, Range 6 West; by New Spacing. …
