(75614) ORDER REQUIRING ALL CREDITORS WHO ARE UNSCHEDULED OR INACCURATELY SCHEDULED AND ALL CREDITORS WHO ARE SCHEDULED AS HOLDING DISPUTED, CONTINGENT OR UNLIQUIDATED CLAIMS TO FILE PROOFS OF CLAIM AND ESTABLISHING DATE BARRING FURTHER FILING OF CLAIMS Case No. 86-01383-B Chapter 11 In the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

In re: Sentry Manufacturing Company, Chickasha, Oklahoma, Debtor.

On this 24th day of March, 1986, there came before the court the application of Sentry Manufacturing Company, Chickasha, Oklahoma ("Sentry"), debtor in possession, which sought an order requiring all creditors who are unscheduled or inaccurately scheduled and all creditors who are scheduled as holding disputed, contingent, or unliquidated claims to file proofs of claim in this case. In support of the application, Sentry represented that the exact amount of claims against the estate and the priority of those claims must be established prior to the submission of a plan of reorganization. The court finds such an order is appropriate under Bankruptcy Rule 3003 and in that regard:

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all creditors who are unscheduled or in accurately scheduled and all creditors who are scheduled as holding disputed, contingent or unliquidated claims must file a proof of claim with the office of the U.S. Bankruptcy Clerk, 7th Floor, 201 Dean A. McGee Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, and contemporaneously therewith mail a copy of such proof of claim form to the offices of Kline & Kline, 720 N.E. 63rd, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all claimants ordered herein to file a proof of claim must attach to their proofs of claim supporting documentation as to the debt upon which such claim is based and indicate the nature of their claim.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all unscheduled or inaccurately scheduled claimants and all creditors who are scheduled as holding disputed, contingent or unliquidated claims must file their proofs of claim and deliver copies thereof to the offices of Kline & Kline, as noted above, on or before the 1st day of May, 1986. …
