THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Oak Glenn Associates, a California& Limited Partnership; and Haines Finan cial Consultants, Inc., a California Cor poration, its trustees and assigns, imme diate and remote, all of the foregoing, if existing, and if defunct or dissolved, their unknown successors, trustees and assigns.

GREETINGS:

Said defendants are hereby notified that they have been sued in Case Num ber CJ-86-4397, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, entitled Edward M. Robison and Pauline Robison, Plaintiffs, vs. Oak Glenn As sociates, a California Limited Partner ship and Haines Financial Consultants, Inc., a California Corporation, Defen dants; and that they must answer the petition therein on or before the 23rd day of June, 1986, or the allegations of said petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered in favor of plaintiffs and against said defendants& quieting title in the plaintiff and con firming plaintiffs' possession of the fol lowing real property in Oklahoma& County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
