Old Stone Credit Corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Kevin Hugh White, an individual, a/k/a Hugh White; Joe B. Barnes, Treasurer of Oklahoma County; and The Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Defendants.

Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of September 1986 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. at Room 119 of the Annex Building of the Oklahoma County Courthouse at 320 Robert S. Kerr, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of Oklahoma County, will offer for sale and sell at public auction for cash to the highest and best bidder, the following described real estate of Kevin Hugh White, a/k/a Hugh White, located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma:

Lot Fourteen (14), of Block Eight (8), in EPPERLY HEIGHTS 5TH ADDITION, to Del City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.

The above described real estate has been duly appraised in the following amount, $29,000.00, said property will be sold for not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the appraised value as described above.

Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued upon a Judgment rendered in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma in case number CJ-86-4918, wherein Old Stone Credit Corporation is Plain tiff, and Kevin Hugh White, a/k/a Hugh White; Joe B. Barnes, Treasurer of Oklahoma County; and The Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, are the Defendants, to satisfy the Order, Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure in favor of Old Stone Credit Corporation against Kevin Hugh White, a/k/a Hugh White, obtained in said Court on the 17th day of July, 1986, for the sum of $28,127.24 with accrued in terest through April 1st, 1986, in the amount of $1,815. …
