(82815) NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:& Dick Bristol and Bertha J. Bristol, a/k/a Bertha J. Hendricks, their heirs, execu tors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, and the unknown succes sors of Dick Bristol and Bertha J. Bris tol, a/k/a Berth J. Hendricks:

You and each of you are hereby noti fied that you have been sued in the Dis trict Court of Oklahoma County, Okla homa in Case No. CJ-86-7702, where in Debra J. Martin, Plaintiff, has filed her Petition alleging that her grantees, immediate and remote, are the owners in fee simple and in possession of the fol lowing described real estate and prem ises situated in Oklahoma County, Okla homa, to-wit:

1. Lot Three (3) Block Two (2) Bush Hills Sixth Addition to the City of Oklahoma City, Okla homa according to the recorded plat thereof and

2. The West 77 feet of the South 5.97 feet of Lot One (1) Block Two (2) BUSH HILLS SIXTH ADDITION to the City of Okla homa City, Oklahoma City, Okla homa County, Oklahoma, ac cording to the recorded plat there of,

as set forth in said Petition alleging for ever further that Dick Bristol and Bertha J. Bristol were conveyed Tract 2 of the above-described property pursuant to a Warranty Deed dated December 21,& 1976, wherein American First Title and Trust Company was the grantor which Deed was recorded in Book 4437 at& Page 986 in the office of the County Clerk of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma; that subsequently Dick Bristol and& Bertha J. Bristol conveyed Lot Three (3) Block Two (2) Bush Hills Sixth Addi tion, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to A. Craig Martin and Debra J. Martin, husband and wife, and inadvertently& through error and omission failed to in clude the West 77 feet of the South 5.97 feet of Lot One (1), Block Two (2) Bush Hills Sixth Addition to the City of Okla homa City in said conveyance; that you and each of you claim some right, title, interest or estate in or to said property, the exact nature of such claim or claims, being unknown to the Plaintiff but that such claim or claims is and are without foundation or right and constitute a& cloud upon the title of the said respec tive grantees of the Plaintiff which she is entitled in equity to have removed and that you and each of you have no right, title, interest or estate in, or lien upon, said real property or any part thereof. …
