Alberta Ceramic Molds Co. of Atascadero, Calif., has leased 4,000 square feet of warehouse/office space from Berch er's Ceramic Supply Co. at 1200 SE 89th St.

The company plans to operate a wholesale/retail facility for ceramic mold products at their new location at 1200 SE 89th St., which will employ two to three people.

Alberta Ceramic operated a plant for nine years in the Oklahoma City market before closing in 1984. The company is owned by Jim Gaskell of Atascadero.

The space leased is a portion of the 12,000-square-foot building presently occupied by Bercher's Ceramic Supplies of Fort Smith, Ark. Martin and Elizabeth Bercher, owner of Bercher's Ceramic Supplies, purchased the building in the spring for $212,000.

James Bogart and Karl Sinclair of Harrison Levy Co. handled both the sale and the leasing of the SE 89th St. facility. . .

- The Cameron Building, 2915 Classen Blvd., the 3700 Classen Building, 3700 Classen Blvd., and 50 Penn Place, 5100 N. Pennsylvania Ave., all recently received new tenants.

Brad Hogan, leasing representative with American Fidelity Property Co. - leasing agent for the four buildings - handled the negotiations.

At the Cameron Building, Maley & Dillingham, P.C., leased 3,028 square feet and Computer Dynamics Inc. leased 2,959 square feet. Johnson Marketing Research Inc. leased 2,012 square feet in the facility. Hogan negotiated the lease for Johnson Marketing with Carol Allen of J.R. Fulton & Co.

At 3700 Classen Building, Wallace Computer Services Inc. leased 918 square feet of space and Quality Inc. leased 836 square feet.

Three of the new leases were at 50 Penn Place. …
