NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission increase well den sity to permit Applicant to drill one ad ditional well for the production of gas and gas condensate from the Red Fork (Cherokee) and Mississippi formations, separate common sources of supply un derlying captioned lands for which com mon sources of supply the governmental section comprising said Section consti tutes 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas and gas con densate, with such proposed additional well to be located in the NE 1/4 of said Section, there being one well currently producing from both formations located in said Section, and another well pro ducing from the Mississippi formation in said Section, it being Applicant's pro posal that, if its proposed additional well is productive in said common sources of supply, said additional well as well as the present wells be permitted to pro duce therefrom. …
