NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission increase well den sity to permit Applicant to drill one ad ditional well for the production of gas and gas condensate from the Mississippi Lime and Chester formations, separate common sources of supply underlying captioned lands for which common& sources of supply the governmental sec tion comprising said Section constitutes 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas and gas conden sate, with such proposed additional well to be located in the center of the E 1/2 SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section, there being a well currently producing from both of the formations located in said Section, and another well currently producing& from the Mississippi Lime only, it being Applicant's proposal that, if its pro posed additional well is productive in said common sources of supply, said additional well as well as the present wells be permitted to produce there from. …
