NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission delete, construe and/or confirm Order Nos. 132,667, 135,596 and 149,771 to eliminate any conflicts in spacing and confirm 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the Cottage Grove, Cherokee, Hunton, Mississippi, Oswego, Layton and Tonkawa common sources of supply with the units established as Section 19 with the permitted well location being no closer than 1320 feet to the unit boundary and confirm 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the Chester common source of supply with the units created by drawing a line North and South through the center of the governmental quarter section with the permitted well location being located in the Northwest and the Southeast 40 acres of the governmental quarter sections at a point therein not closer than 330 feet to the boundary of the governmental quarter quarter section. …
