Ball Reichardt; Clifford B. Ball & Alma O. Ball; Ida Elizabeth Hollums; Royal Petroleum Corporation; Harry K. Moore & Maurice Moore; Frank J. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish drilling and spacing units as set out in special relief paragraph below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission Vacate Order No. 61,021 insofar as it pertains to the Bromide common source of supply underlying the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 5 West, Grady County, Oklahoma; and establish 160 acre drilling and spacing units underlying said Southwest Quarter of Section 16, with the units to consist of said governmental quarter section, and with the permitted well to be located not less than 660 feet from the unit boundary as follows: For the 1st Deese, 2nd Deese, Atoka, Sycamore, Hunton, Viola, McLish, Oil Creek, and Arbuckle common sources of supply, by extending the purview of Order No. …
