United States District Court, Western District of Oklahoma. United States Pipe & Foundry Company Plaintiff vs Donald L. Brown and Victor Diffee Defendants. Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the Court Clerk's office of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma on the 21st day of October, 1986, in an action wherein United States Pipe & Foundry Company was Plaintiff and Donald I. Brown and Victor Diffee were Defendants, commanding me to cause to be advertised and sold with appraisement, according to law, real property hereinafter described, of the Defendants, or sufficient part thereof, to satisfy the judgment rendered in said action above styled in behalf of said Plaintiff against the Defendants for and in the sum of $36,261.89 with interest thereon at the rate of 18% per annum from the 21st day of July, 1981 until paid, and for the sum of $15,000.00 as for attorney fees and as court costs the sum of $1,890.05 and for the costs of said action accrued and accruing, I have levied upon the following lands and tenements belonging to the said Defendants not exempt by law, from sale by Execution, said land being described as follows: Lot 19, Block 5, Winds West Addition, an addition to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, all in Section 18, Township 11 North, range 4 West of the I.M., Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, said property having been duly appraised at $66,666.67.* Lot 7, Block 7, Winds West Addition, an addition to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, all in Section 18, Township 11 North, range 4 West of the I.M., Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, said property having been duly appraised at $64,000. …
