Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Plumb Oil Company, Inc. Relief Requested: Well Location Exception. Legal Description: For a Well 660 feet from the East line and 1000 feet from the South line of the unit comprised of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E/2 SW/4) of Section 25, T10N-R1E, Cleveland County, OK.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested parties, particularly in Cleveland County, Oklahoma; all persons if living, or if deceased, their unknown heirs, and all corporations, if existing, or, if dissolved, their unknown successors, that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission establish the proper well location for a well to produce from the Earlsboro, Hunton Lime, Dolomite Sand, First Wilcox, Second Wilcox, Hogshooter, Oswego Lime, Red Fork Sand, Bartlesville Sand, Misener Sand, Viola, Simpson Dolomite, Tulip Creek, McLish, Oil Creek and Arbuckle common sources of supply at a location 660 feet from the East line and 1000 feet from the South line of the unit comprised of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E/2 SW/4) of Section 25, T10N-R1E, Cleveland County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: Applicant is requesting that the Oklahoma Corporation Commission enter an Order establishing the proper well location for a well to produce from the Earlsboro, Hunton Lime, Dolomite Sand, First Wilcox, Second Wilcox, Hogshooter, Oswego Lime, Red Fork Sand, Bartlesville Sand, Misener Sand and Viola common sources of supply as an exception to the well location and pattern provided in Order No. …
