Keith, deceased, Ronald J. Keith, Noma J. Petete, Geneieveve Swan, State of Oklahoma, ex rel, Oklahoma Tax Commission, and the unknown successors of Willie B. Keith, also known as and one and the same person as W. B. Keith, deceased, Defendant(s).

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: William W. Choate, executor of the estate of Willie B. Keith, also known as and one and the same person as W. B. Keith, deceased, and his unknown successors, Ronald J. Keith, and his unknown successors, Noma J. Petete, and her unknown successors, Geneieveve Swan, and her unknown successors, State of Oklahoma, ex rel, Oklahoma Tax Commission, and its unknown successors, and any person or entity, and their unknown successors, holding an interest in the real property, described below, and any person or entity, and their unknown successors, who claim to hold an interest in the real property, described below.

Notice is given that on the 14th day of April, 1987, at 2 o'clock p.m., in Room 119 of the Annex Building of the Oklahma County Courthouse at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of Oklahoma County will offer for sale and sell at public auction, for cash, to the highest and best bidder, subject to the appraisement thereof fixed in the sum of $20,000.00, all that certain real property located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, described as follows:
