THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested parties, particularly in Harper and Woods Counties, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission issue an order amending Order No. 57,524, so as to delete the 640 acre drilling and spacing units created for the Mississippi-Chester common source of supply underlying Section 15, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Harper and Woods Counties, Oklahoma, and amending Order No. 97,935, so as to delete the 640 acre drilling and spacing units created for the Lansing, Kansas City, Oswego, Cherokee and Morrow common sources of supply underlying Section 15, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Harper and Woods Counties, Oklahoma, and amending Order No. 155,415, so as to delete 640 acre drilling and spacing units created for the Elgin-

Hoover, Toronto, Tonkawa and Big Lime common sources of supply underlying Section 15, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Harper and Woods Counties, Oklahoma, and establishing 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil and gas from the Lansing and Kansas City common sources of supply, and establishing 320 acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas and gas condensate from the Elgin-

Hoover, Toronto, Tonkawa, Big Lime, Oswego, Cherokee, Morrow and Mississippi-Chester common sources of supply for the captioned properties. Applicant requests that the 80 acre units be formed by drawing a line North and South through the center of each governmental quarter section with the permitted well location anywhere within the Northwest 40 acres and Southeast 40 acres of each governmental quarter section, no closer than 330 feet from the governmental quarter quarter section boundary, and that the 320 acre units be formed by drawing a line North and South through the center of each governmental section with the permitted well location anywhere within the Northwest 160 acres and Southeast 160 acres of each governmental quarter section, no closer than 660 feet from the governmental quarter section boundary. …
