In the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

In the Matter of the Application/Petition of B.D. Eddie Enterprises to vacate and foreclose the right to reopen a portion of a storm sewer easement located West of May Avenue and North of North West 36th Street and underlying a concrete building known as Builder's Square.

NOTICE is hereby given that B.D. Eddie Enterprises, whose address is Suite 1010, 1601 Northwest Expressway, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma 73118, has filed a verified Application/Petition requesting to vacate and foreclose the right to reopen a portion of a storm sewer easement, located west of May Avenue and North of North West 36th Street, and underlying a concrete building known as Builder's Square in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, more particularly described as follows:

A tract of land lying in the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 12 North, Range 4 West of the Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, also described as part of Block 10 of Rhoads-Paulsen Addition, an addition to the city of Oklahoma City, said tract being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 10, Block 10 of said Rhoads-Paulsen Addition; THENCE West along the South line of said Lot 10 a distance of 131.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE continuing West along the South line of Lot 25 and said South line extended a distance of 139.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 25; THENCE North along the West line of said Lot 25 a distance of 15.00 feet; THENCE East 15 feet North of and parallel with said South line a distance of 139. …
