STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Woodward County, Oklahoma, and more particularly to W.C. Payne, Lucy Jane Dodd, David C. Rembert, Jr., Peter Gill, Dan E. McMillen, Harvey L. Clinton, Betty I. Clinton, if living, and if deceased, then their known and unknown heirs, devisees, executors, successors, administrators, trustees and assigns and the Oklahoma Corporation Commission Staff Attorney, JCN Petroleum Corporation, BCS-1984 c/o Hays & Company, Cal-Ray Petroleum Corporation, Cimarron Drilling Program 1983, Ltd. c/o Clifford Resources, Inc., Champlin Exploration, Inc. 1984 Drilling Program, Ltd., Onyx Petroleum Corporation, Mustang Production Company, Germany Resources Company and Bruce Calder, Inc., their successors, trustees and assigns.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission pool and adjudicate the rights and equiites of oil and gas owners and designate the Applicant or some other party as operator pursuant to Title 52, O.S., Section 87.1 in the Chester Lime, Oswego, Cottage Grove and Cherokee Formations (Order No. 105,052) and the Tonkawa Formation (Order No. 266,842) underlying Section 11-T20N-

R18W, Woodward County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:

(a) Designation of the Applicant or some other party as operator of the unit well; and,

(b) The Applicant may request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the well drilled thereunder shall be deemed to have relinquished all of its working interest and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. …
