Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Okland Oil Company. Relief Requested: Pooling. Legal Description: Section 17, T11N-R11W, Caddo County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested parties, particularly in Caddo County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Caddo County Farmers Royalty Union; Ruth Dee Wells, Trustee; Helen H. Weaber; Keith A. Dowdell & Patsy R. Dowdell, Trustees of the Keith A. Dowdell & Patsy R. Dowdell Revocable Inter Vivos Trust; Flora Optiz; Fred Optiz; Mary Lou Stark; Helen H. Weaber; Montie Ann Dowdell Neidy; and Debra Sue Dowdell Finity; all persons if living, or if deceased, their unknown heirs, and all corporations, if existing, or, if dissolved, their unknown successors.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission enter an Order to pool the interests and adjudicate the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Tonkawa, Cottage Grove, Marchand, Upper Hoxbar and Layton common sources of supply and drilling and spacing units underlying Section 17, T11N-R11W, Caddo County, Oklahoma for all wells to be drilled in those drilling and spacing units.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: For the Commission to issue an Order pooling interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the 640 acre drilling and spacing units established for the Tonkawa, Cottage Grove and Marchand common sources of supply by virtue of Order No. …
