Foster, a/k/a George Gideon Foster, if living, or if deceased, the unknown successors of G.G. Foster, a/k/a George Gideon Foster; Jean Pitts, M.D., Inc.; State of Oklahoma ex rel. Oklahoma Tax Commission; Joe B. Barnes, County Treasurer of Oklahoma County; and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Defendants.

You, and each of you are hereby notified that the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority, a public body corporate, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, plaintiff in the above styled and numbered action, has determined that public necessity requires fee simple title, less and except oil, gas and other related minerals, be obtained for the purpose of completing Urban Renewal Project over the following described property located in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma to-wit:

The North 137.5 feet of the South 275 feet of the East Half (E/2) of Lot Eighteen (18), in Block Three (3), in HOUGHTON HEIGHTS ADDITION, in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging and all right, title and interest in and to any existing and vacated easements, streets and alleys abutting thereon and subject to existing zoning ordinances and restrictions. …
