In the District Court within and for Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

Tesoro Savings and Loan Association, a Texas corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Ray F. Khosravani, a single person; Joe B. Barnes, County Treasurer of Oklahoma County; and County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Defendants.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Ray F. Khosravani, if living, and if dead, his unknown heirs, personal representatives, devisees, trustees and assigns. GREETING:

Said defendant is hereby notified that he has been sued in Case No. CJ-87-

8180 in the Distrtict Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, entitled ``Tesoro Savings and Loan Association, a Texas corporation, v. Ray F. Khosravani, a single person, Joe B. Barnes, County Treasurer of Oklahoma County, and County Commissioners of Oklahoma County,`` and, pursuant to \s2004(C)(3) of the Oklahoma Pleading Code, that he must answer the Petition therein on or before the 10th day of September, 1987, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered in favor of plaintiff against said defendant for the sum of $42,729.00 with interest thereon at 11.50 percent per annum from March 1, 1986, until date of judgment, after which interest thereon at 10.03 percent per annum, for $192.16 late charges, for abstracting expense of $300.00, for a reasonable attorneys` fee, together with all costs of this action, and for the sum of $5,000.00 with interest at 10 percent per annum from August 30, 1986, until date of judgment and thereafter at the rate of 10.03 percent, and for a reasonable attorney`s fee, and for such additional sums as plaintiff may be required to pay during the pendency of this action, including, but not limited to, ad valorem taxes, hazard insurance premiums, additional abstracting, and such other expenses as the Court may find proper, and to foreclose said defendant`s interest in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

Unit 1002 of Willow Run Estates Condominiums, a Unit Ownership Estate (according to the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions thereof, recorded in Book 5412, Page 971, in the records of the Oklahoma County Clerk, State of Oklahoma) and the undivided interest in the common elements appertaining thereto, and being situated on the following described real property located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma: Lots One (1) through Twenty-four (24), inclusive, plus the West Half (W/2) of the vacated Ollie Street adjacent on the East, and the vacated alley, except the West 17 feet of Block Thirty-nine (39), Second Addition to Britton, according to the recorded plat thereof, and Lots One (1) through Twenty-four (24), inclusive, plus the East Half (E/2) of the vacated Ollie Street adjacent on the West, and the vacated alley, of Block Forty (40), Second Addition to Britton, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. …
