Robinson, Larry Fenity, James Palm, Art L. Swanson, Roy Burke, Ran Ricks, Jr., R. Kevin Leonard, James B. Mills, R.C.L. Company, Joseph J. Maril Family Trust, A.R. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an Order authorizing the drilling, completing and producing of a well at a point 660 feet East of the West line and 660 feet North of the South line of Section 29, Township 25 North, Range 21 West, Harper County, Oklahoma, in the Hoover, Tonkawa, Cottage Grove, Big Lime, Cherokee, Atoka, Morrow, Chester, Mississippi and Hunton separate common sources of supply, as the permitted well for the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of said Section 29, and as an exception to the well location provisions of Order Nos. …
