In the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

In the Matter of the Application/Petition of American Fidelity Assurance Company, an Oklahoma Corporation, Weschad, Inc., an Oklahoma Corporation and Circle K Convenience Stores, Inc., a Texas Corporation, to Vacate and Foreclose the right to reopen the Sanitary Sewer Easement within the NE/4, Section 30, T13N, R3W, in the City of the Village, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Notice is hereby given that American Fidelity Assurance Company, Weschad, Inc., and Circle K Convenience Stores, Inc., have filed a verified Application/

Petition requesting to vacate and foreclose the right to reopen a sanitary sewer easement located within the NE/4, \s30, T13N, R3W, in the City of the Village, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows:

A tract of land lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 13 North, Range 3 West of the Indian Meridian, in the City of The Village, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; THENCE South 00 degrees 14'11" East along the East line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 149.21 feet; THENCE South 89 degrees 45'49" West a distance of 50.00 feet to the West right-of-way line of North Pennsylvania Avenue, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE South 45 degrees 16'33" West a distance of 135.82 feet; THENCE South 39 degrees 08'50" West a distance of 286.33 feet; THENCE North 89 degrees 45'49" West a distance of 12.85 feet; THENCE North 39 degrees 08'50" East a distance of 294.94 feet; THENCE North 45 degrees 16'33" East a distance of 146.18 feet to the West right-of-
