Western Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company, a Colorado corporation, Plaintiff, v. Karroll K. Spence, an individual, June L. Spence, an individual, Oakleaf #20, Ltd., a California Limited Partnership, and Earl B. Schuman and Beulah Schuman, Trustees of the Schuman Family Trust, Defendants.

Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of October, 1987, at 2:00 o`clock p.m. in Room 119 of the Annex Building to the Oklahoma County Courthouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of Oklahoma County will offer for sale and will sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder therefor, certain real property situated in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, together with any and all improvements thereon, more particularly described as:

The West 150 feet of the North 329.56 feet of the West One-half (W 1/2) of the East One-half (E 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Four (4) West of the Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Okahoma (a/k/a DeVille South Shopping Center, 7912 N.W. 23rd Street, Bethany, Oklahoma).

Said real property (hereinafter the ``Premises``) shall be sold subject to existing general or ad valorem taxes and special assessments not herein foreclosed; the Premises has been duly appraised at One Hundred Twenty Thousand & No/100 Dollars ($120,000.00) and said property will be sold for not less than two-thirds of the appraised value thereof, the appraisement having been made as provided by law, and a copy thereof having been filed with the District Court Cerk of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma. …
