Lumbermen's Investment Corporation, Plaintiff v. Willie Dean Johnson et al., Defendants.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE FOLLOWING PARTIES: The general public, and all parties of interest in the property below described, including, but not limited to: Willie Dean Johnson; Julia D. Johnson a/k/a Julia D. Crawford; Transamerica Financial Services, Inc.; United States of America; State of Oklahoma ex rel The Oklahoma Tax Commission.

That on the 10th day of November, 1987, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., at Room 119, in the Oklahoma County Courthouse, the same located in Oklahoma County, City of Oklahoma City, State of Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder all that certain real estate and improvements (the "Mortgaged Premises") located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, as follows, to-wit:

All of Lot Five (5), Block Four (4), in Replat of part of Blocks 29 thru 36, both inclusive ROCKWOOD ADDITION an Addition in the City of Oklahoma City Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof

without derogating from the above description, the Mortgaged Premises is commonly referred to as follows: Address: 3516 SW 29th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73108.

This sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale in Foreclosure issued upon a judgment entered on the 23rd day of September, 1987, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in the above styled and numbered action, according to the judgment and Journal Entry of Judgment entered therein.

Mortgaged Premises will be sold according to the Journal Entry of Judgment issued therein.
