Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Jack W. Williams. Relief Requested: Pooling. Legal Description: NW/4 SW/4 of Section 25, Township 2 South, Range 2 West, Carter County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons particularly in Carter County, Oklahoma; and to all unleased mineral and outstanding leasehold owners in the above described drilling and spacing unit, including, but not limited to: Texaco, Inc., Lobar Oil Company, Linda K. Dixon, Glena Earlene Yates, Zola Plummer and as to all individuals, if living, or if deceased, their respective unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns, and to said corporations, if in existence, or if not in existence, their respective unknown officers, successors and assigns.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an Order, pursuant to 52 Oklahoma Statutes, 1981, Sec. 87.1(e), adjudicating the rights and equities and pooling the interests of oil and gas owners in the Hoxbar and Deese common sources of supply, underlying the NW/4 SW/4 of Section 25, Township 2 South, Range 2 West, Carter County, Oklahoma, being a 40-acre drilling and spacing unit for these common sources of supply, for the purpose of drilling a test well on said drilling and spacing unit.
