NOTICE is given that on the 8th day of December, 1987, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., in Room 119 of the County Courthouse Annex in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all of that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
