Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of December, 1987, at 2 o'clock P.M. in Room 119 of the Courthouse Annex at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of Oklahoma County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, at public auction for cash to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

TRACT 1: Lots 2, 3 and 5, lying North of the North Canadian River in Section 21, T12N, R1E of the I.M. TRACT 2: All of Lot 1, otherwise known as the NE1/4 NW1/4, Section 21, T12N, R1E of the I.M., containing 33-35/100 acres, more or less, according to the Government Survey thereof. TRACT 3: Lots 1 and 4 of the NE1/4, Section 21, T12N, R1E of the I.M.
