Applicant: Exxon Corporation. Relief Sought: Drilling and Spacing Units. Legal Description: Section 33, in Township 8 North, Range 26 East, LeFlore County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, including F. L. Holton, Jr.; Allene Conn, Trustee for the use and benefit of J. Russell Conn; Lois Blasdel; R. E. French and Margaret Hall French; Colonial Royalties Company; Ramona McCready and Henry Arnall, Co-Trustees of the Ruth Williams Living Trust; Vernon Roberts; Glenn E. Thompson; Condy Wells and Jeanne Wells; Reggie Wells and Dale Ann Wells; Elton E. Thompson and Dorene Thompson; Roy W. Smith and Geraldine S. Smith; Hazel Lane; Charles E. Smith; Lois A. Lambrecht; Ada B. Sellars; Oklahoma Silurian Partners; Mid America Oil Company; Roy Reed Trust Partnership; Sun Operating Limited Partnership; Samson Resources Company and Sun Exploration and Production Company; if living, or if deceased or dissolved, then their known and unknown successors, if any, and all other persons having an interest in the land covered hereby, particularly in LeFlore County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Corporation Commission establish drilling and spacing units and well locations for the land described in the caption hereof.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting the Commission to enter an Order:

(a) Amending Order No. 150,163, as to the Hartshorne Common Source of Supply, and Order No. 158,240, as to the Booch and Upper Atoka Common Sources of Supply, as established by the Corporation Commission, so as to en-

large and extend the boundary of the Harts horne, Booch and Upper Atoka separate Common Sources of Supply, so as to cover and include Section 33-8N-

26E, LeFlore County, Oklahoma, and establish said section as a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for each of such separate Common Sources of Supply; and

(b) Establishing Section 33-8N-26E, LeFlore County, Oklahoma as a 640-

acre drilling and spacing unit for the production of gas, gas condensate and other hydrocarbons from the Alma separate Common Source of Supply; and

(c) Establishing well locations for the 640-acre drilling and spacing units for the Alma, Hartshorne, Booch and Upper Atoka separate Common Sources of Supply in said Section 33-8N-26E, LeFlore County, Oklahoma. …
