Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for Citizens National Bank and Trust Company, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Plaintiff, v. Charles J. Bazarian and Janice L. Bazarian; Republic Bank; and American Appliance World, Inc.; Defendants.

Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of January, 1988, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., at the County Courthouse, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest bidder therefor with appraisement all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma to-wit:

All of Lot Eleven (11) and a part of Lot Twelve (12), in Block Twenty-two (22) in Section Twenty (\s20), QUAIL CREEK, an addition to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof; that part of Lot 12 more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 12; thence N43 degrees 24' 04" W along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 12, a distance of 251.59 feet to the Northwest Corner of said Lot 12; thence N55 degrees 55' 34" E along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 12 a distance of 62.73 feet; thence S38 degrees 26' 01" E a distance of 223.72 feet to a point in the East line of said Lot 12; thence Southerly of the Easterly line of said Lot 12 on a curve to the left having a radius of 216.64 feet an arc distance of 46.5 feet to the point of beginning,

subject only to unpaid taxes, the mortgage and lien of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the principal sum of $360,914. …
