James B. Fite and Carolyn L. Fite, husband and wife, and Community Bank, Plaintiffs, vs. Stephen L. Fineberg; First Capital Investment Corporation, a Delaware corporation; Platt Energy Corporation, an Oklahoma corporation; Stephen B. Platt, individually and as Trustee of the Stephen B. Platt Revocable Trust; Platt Resources, Inc.; Treasurer of the County of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma; Board of County Commissioners of the County of Oklahoma, Oklahoma, Defendants.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that on the 12th day of January, 1988, at 2:00 o`clock p.m., Oklahoma County Courthouse, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lot Two (2), EXCEPT the East One Hundred Fifty (150) feet thereof, and all of Lot Three (3), in Block Five (5), of ARLINGTON ACRES, of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.

LESS AND EXCEPT a tract of land conveyed to the State of Oklahoma by Deed recorded in Book 3952, page 1138, and described as follows:

A strip, piece or parcel of land lying in part of Block 5 of Arlington Acres in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Said parcel of land being described by metes and bounds as follows:

The West 77.00 feet of Lot 2 of said Block 5 and also a portion of Lot 3 of said Block 5 more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the NW corner of said Lot 3, thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot 3 a distance of 77. …
