NOTICE OF SHERIFF`S SALE

Notice is given that on the 9th day of February, 1988, at 1:00 P.M. at Room 119 of the Courthouse Annex Building, 320 Robert S. Kerr Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash, at the time of sale, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 12 North, Range 4 West of the Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 572.6 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (NW/c SW/4) of Section 24; thence South on a line parallel with the West line of said quarter section a distance of 335 feet; thence East on a line parallel with the North line of said quarter section a distance of 300 feet, more or less to a point on the West line of Grand Boulevard; thence Northwesterly, Northerly and Northeasterly on the Westerly right of way line of said Grand Boulevard, 335 feet, more or less to a point on the intersection of said line and the North line of said Southwest Quarter (SW/4); thence West on the North line of said Southwest Quarter (SW/4) a distance of 300 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

Legal description of property also described by on ground survey prepared by Harry F. Hulett, Jr., dated June 8, 1983 as follows:
