Mrs. Fred Jones, Bozalis to Be Honored Mrs. Fred Jones and Dr. George Bozalis will be honored Jan. 27 at the Fourth Annual Evening of Excellence dinner sponsored by the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine Alumni Association.

Mrs. Jones will receive the Dean's Award for Distinguished Community Service, while Bozalis will receive the Dean's Award for Distinguished Medical Service. The black-tie dinner will be held at the Marriott Hotel at 7:15 p.m. Reservations are $150 per person.

Previous honorees at Evening of Excellence Dinners have been Dean A. McGee and Dr. Don O'Donoghue in 1985; Stanton Young and Dr. George Garrison in 1986, and John E. Kirkpatrick and Dr. Gerald Rogers in 1987.

Recreational Vehicle Show Jan. 28-31 at Myriad Over 100 varieties of recreational vehicles will be displayed during a Recreational Vehicle Show Jan. 28-31 at the Myriad Convention Center in Oklahoma City, it was announced Tuesday. The 19th annual event will be open each day from 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

Also included will be items in over 40 booths of interest, as well as a 40-foot display of reptiles by naturalist Bob Jenni from Edmond. Indian dancers from across the state also will perform around a genuine tepee on Jan. 30.

A special Family Day will be held Jan. 31, with a family, including all children under the age of 16 to be admitted for $7. A special free admission promotion also will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Jan. 28 and Jan. 29.

Discount coupons for $1 off the regular $5 price are available at metro area Safeway stores, recreational vehicle dealers, and various retail sporting goods stores.

Hurley Named KKNG Station Manager Bill Hurley has been appointed Station Manager of KKNG-FM in Oklahoma City, it has been announced by Jim Morley, Executive Vice-President of New City Communications, owner of the station. Hurley replaces former general manager Dusty Black, who has assumed similar duties at KODA-FM in Houston.

Hurley also will be General Sales Manager at the station, which is located at 110 NE 48th St. His 17 years experience in the radio field includes six years of sports play-by-play, and managerial duties in Liberal, Kan. …
