That Francis A. Johnson, Albert A. Johnson, Kenneth S. Johnson, Arlan L. Johnson and Lynda K. Bailey are associated as partners in I.A.B. Partners, an Oklahoma general partnership, in which name they shall hereafter pursue business interests as provided for in the Partnership Agreement.
