Applicant: Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Relief Requested: Vacate 80 acre drilling and spacing units; establish 160 acre drilling and spacing units. Legal Description: W/2 of Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 15 West, Major County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Major County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Viola Carter; Edwin F. Bane; Milton W. Deason; Myron L. Vance; J. K. Hannifan, Kelly J. Hall & J. Mark Hannifan, Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of J. K. Hannifan; Morton C. Whitaker & Helen E. Whitaker; Juanita Harmon; Marietta Dyche; Elsie Hutchison & Warren J. Hutchison; Delfred Inman; Lilburn Inman; Gerald Dean Inman; Susie Sutherland; Thomas E. Inman; Ines Bouse; Virginia Harmon; Ardena Bartlow; Darlene Lyon; R. J. Inman; R. E. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish drilling and spacing units as set out in special relief paragraph below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission Vacate Order No. 310,890 insofar as it pertains to the Oswego and Chester common sources of supply underlying the Southwest Quarter of Section 35; and establish 160 acre drilling and spacing units for the Oswego and Chester common sources of supply underlying the West Half of Section 35, by New Spacing, with the units to consist of governmental quarter sections, and with the permitted well to be located not less than 660 feet from the unit boundary; all in Township 23 North, Range 15 West, Major County, Oklahoma. …
