Applicant: Minerva Oil Company. Relief Sought: Pooling. Legal Description: W/2 SE/4 Section 25, T4N, R6W, Grady County, Oklahoma.

To all Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers, and Takers of oil and gas including Bank of Oklahoma N.A., Chapman Energy Oklahoma, Inc., J.W. Thompson, Oakridge Minerals Corporation, Marshall Industries, Inc., Thomas Connell, Minerva Oil Company, Cap Limited, Dorcy Oil Company, John Yankowich, Jr., Petro frar Resources, Inc., Rivondale Oil Company, Inc., Drill Products International, Inc., American Quasar Petroleum Co., Hadson Petroleum (USA), Inc., Artesian Oil & Gas Corporation, Lobo Holdings, Inc., PRI Property Management, Inc., S & L Development Co., Robert G. Godwin, James B. Harder, Yale Oil Association, Inc., Rebel Oil Company, Sidney R. Clarke, III, Arden Ventures, W.E. Goad, Norse Exploration, Inc., and all persons living or if deceased their known and unknown successors and all corporations existing and if dissolved their known and unknown successors and all other persons having an interest in the lands covered hereby, particularly in Grady County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant is requesting Pooling of interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in W/2 SE/4 Section 25, T4N, R6W, Grady County, Oklahoma for each of the following common sources of supply: Hoxbar, Deese, and Morrow-Springer (an 80-acre drilling and spacing unit created by Order No. 126,280).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant is requesting the following Special Relief: The request is that

(a) the Commission-issued Order pool interests and adjudicate rights and equities in the unit well, in each such common source of supply, and in each such drilling and spacing unit therefor as a unit;

(b) the Order herein be effective prior to the date of issuance of the Order; and

(c) the Commission designate the Applicant or some other owner as Operator of the unit well, of each such common source of supply, and of each drilling and spacing unit therefor as a unit. …
