NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish the proper well density for the Oswego \ common source(s) of supply to permit an additional well at a prescribed location in Section 26, Township 27 North, Range 17 West, Woods County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:
