Applicant: The Walker Corporation. Relief Requested: Establish 160 acre Drilling and Spacing Units. Legal Description: N/2 of Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 5 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Canadian County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Milton E. Silberberger; Lloyd F. Silberberger; Lee A. Keeling; Mary F. Waller; Amelia A. Gorena, now Walsh; Alice Gorena, Executrix of the Estate of Adam L. Gorena, Deceased; Amy Gorena; Samuel L. Gorena a/k/a Samuel Luis Gorena; Alice Gorena; Lucy Miller; Horace K. Calvert; Frank & Dorothy Dickerson; Monar & Grace Dickerson; Wilbur & Dorothy Patton; John & Margaret Weissenfluh; Dale & Dorothy Sizemore; Luther Donald Weisenfluh; Greg Ramsey; Terry Marple; Fred Geiken; M.E. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish drilling and spacing units as set out in special relief paragraph below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission: Vacate Order No. 118,686 insofar as it pertains to the Prue common source of supply underlying the North Half of Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 5 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma; and, Establish 160 acre drilling and spacing units underlying the North Half of Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 5 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma, with the units to consist of governmental quarter sections, and with the permitted well to be located not less than 660 feet from the unit boundary, as follows: For the Oswego, Skinner, Red Fork, and Bartlesville common sources of supply, by New Spacing; and, For the Prue Sand common source of supply, by extending the purview of Order No. …
