Applicant: Sohio Petroleum Company. Relief Sought: Clarify Order No. 268,888. Legal Description: Section 15, Township 12 North, Range 24 West, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Sue Jones Birkett; Noel Jones and Mary Jones; W.C. Jones and Mildred Jones; Anna Noel Williams; Flag-Redfern Oil Company; Farmer's Union Co-Operative Royalty Co.; Entex Petroleum, Inc.; Entex Energy Operating, Ltd.; Exxon Company U.S.A.; Exxon Corporation; Brumark Corporation; John J. Smith; Jack C. Wise; William C. Wise, Conservator for Jack C. Wise; John Francis Whalen, Jr. a/k/a John Frances Whalen, Jr. a/k/a John Francis Whalen III; Linda Whalen Herbst; Linda Whalen Tieman; Trigg Drilling Company, Inc.; Dyco Petroleum Corporation; The Estate of Mrs. E.M. Woody, Sandra Collette Johns and Joe R. Manning, Jr. Co-Administrators; Sandra Collette Johns; and Masonic Charity Foundation; and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties; and if any of the above are corporations which do not continue to have legal existence, the unknown trustees or assigns of such parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an Order to clarify, construe, and interpret the intent of Order No. 268,888 issued in Cause CD No. 117,907, which Order pooled and adjudicated the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Endicott, Douglas, Tonkawa, Cottage Grove, Cleveland, Marmaton, Cherokee, Atoka, Upper Morrow and Lower Morrow common sources of supply underlying all of Section 15, Township 12 North, Range 24 West, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, to unambiguously provide that any owners subject thereto electing an alternative to participation in the initial well proposed thereunder, shall be considered to have relinquished its right to drill in said common sources of supply named therein in the initial well drilled, and in any well drilled on said unit subsequent thereto. …
