To all Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers, and Takers of oil and gas including Beaver Oil Company, Mary Louise Broadie, Jamie Coulter, Richard W. Dillon, Ray E. Dillon, Jr., Keith Drum, Robert A. Geist, Rhonda Ham Hensley, Lobo Exploration, Ken Wagnon, Zenith Drilling Corporation, Copeland Jt. Venture 1976-I, Copeland Jt. Venture 1976-II, Nuex Corp., Charles E. Mills, Karen L. Mills, Roxanna Ham Moore, Mobil Oil Corporation, Jessie W. Morman, G. J. Postlethwaite, Johnnie J. Smith, Lloyd D. Smith, Bobbie L. Smith, Bernard W. Smith, Robbie Ham Tullos, Williams Natural Gas Company, Inland Purchasing & Tran., Amoco Production Co., Wessely Energy Co., ARCO Oil & Gas Co., Geodyne Resources Inc., Cities Service Oil & Gas Corp., Shell Oil Company, Continental National Bank and Trust Co., and all persons living or if deceased their known and unknown successors and all corporations existing and if dissolved their known and unknown successors and all other persons having an interest in the lands covered hereby, particularly in Beaver County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission permit an Additional Unit Well for the lands described in the caption hereof.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following Special Relief: The request is that the Commission issue an Order
