NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above named Applicant has filed an application to amend Order No. 291,848 as to the Hoxbar Common Source of Supply to permit a well 1,320 feet from the North line and 330 feet from the West line of Section 9, Township 11 North, Range 7 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma, same to be the well for Section 9, a 640 acre unit. Also, to authorize the applicant or some other party to drill said well, and possibly make the order effective on a date prior to the signing thereof. The names of respondents are Lauren W.
