In the District Court in and for Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma.

Lumbermen`s Investment Corporation, Plaintiff, v. Gene Dillahunty and Sue Dillahunty, et al., Defendants.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the following parties: the general public, and all parties of interest in the property below described, including, but not limited to: Gene Dillahunty and Sue Dillahunty; Hank Cusack and Ella Mae Cusack; The Board of County Commissioners of Cleveland County, Oklahoma; Cleveland County Treasurer; City of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

That on the 7th day of June, 1988, at 10:00 o`clock a.m., at Room 120, in the Cleveland County Courthouse, the same located in Cleveland County, City of Norman, State of Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder all that certain real estate and improvements (the ``Mortgaged Premises``) located in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, as follows, to-wit:

Lot Twenty (20), Block Three (3), WINGSPREAD ADDITION, an Addition in the City of Oklahoma City, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof,

without derogating from the above description, the Mortgaged Premises is commonly referred to as follows:

This sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale in Foreclosure issued in accordance with a judgment entered in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma in the above entitled litigation.

The Mortgaged Premises will be sold according to the Journal Entry of Judgment issued therein. It is believed that the statement of existing liens on the Journal Entry of Judgment and the location of the Mortgaged Premises are accurate, but these representations are only to assist the buyer and are not intended in any way to warrant actual existing liens or the location of the Mortgaged Premises, nor are they intended as binding representations by the Plaintiff of the existence of the liens or the location of the Mortgaged Premises. …
