Cause CD No. 144,401

Before the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Lance Ruffel Oil & Gas Corporation. Relief Requested: Well Location Exception. Legal Description: S/2 SE/4 of Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 3 West, McClain County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To Anadarko Petroleum Corporation; Booth & Williams Exploration, Inc.; and all Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers and Takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an order granting Applicant an exception to the well location prescribed by Order No. 163,720 as clarified by Order No. 271,043 for the Hunton separate common source of supply, and by Order to be issued in Cause CD No. 141,421, heard and recommended by the Corporation Commission on the 29th day of April, 1988, for the Sycamore separate common source of supply, both underlying the S/2 SE/4 of Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 3 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, so that said well may be located in the SE/4 SE/4 of Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 3 West, McClain County, Oklahoma 660 feet from the south line and 990 feet from the east line of said SE/4 SE/4 of Section 29, same to be a well for the S/2 SE/4, an 80 acre unit, and further order and authorize said well to produce a full allowable from said separate common sources of supply or an allowable as established by the Commission at the time of the hearing.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:

1. Applicant will designate itself or some other party as operator of the unit and test well. …
