Applicant: Oklahoma Natural Gas Company. Relief Sought: Extension and modification of special gas purchase program. In the Matter of the Application of Oklahoma Natural Gas Company, a division of ONEOK Inc., a corporation, for approval of extension and modification of special contracts for gas service.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Oklahoma Natural Gas Company and all other interested parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oklahoma Natural Gas Company (``Oklahoma Natural``), a division of ONEOK Inc., has filed a motion requesting the amendment of its Motion to extend its special gas purchase program filed in this Cause on April 12th, 1988. The Motion requests the modification of the special gas purchase program approved by the Commission in Order No. 239,111 issued on May 26th, 1983, as clarified by Order No. 246,500 issued on October 14th, 1983, and as extended and/or modified by various orders since that time, the most recent of which is Order No. 319,383 issued November 25th, 1987. The motion proposes that Oklahoma Natural be allowed to serve its fertilizer customers under its Special Industrial Sales Program established by this Commission by Order No. 324,535 in Cause PUD No. 000,325 and Order No. 32,454 in Cause CD No. 138,123 on April 15th, 1988, until further order of the Commission. The motion further proposed that the percentage of each fertilizer plant`s agreed capacity subject to the program be a maximum of 50%, subject to being increased to 100% as additional gas volumes become available to satisfy the demand of the Special Industrial Sales Program. …
