NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant an order establishing 320 acre drilling and spacing units for the Hartshorne common source of supply underlying Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 25 East, LeFlore County, Oklahoma, with the drilling and spacing units to consist of governmental half sections being formed by a line running East and West through the center of said governmental section, and with the permitted wells to be located in the NE/4 and SW/4 of said governmental section, not less than 660 feet from the boundary of the proper governmental quarter section. …
