Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Cheyenne Petroleum Company. Relief Requested: Clarify, Construe and Interpret Pooling Order No. 127,938. Legal Description: Section 28, Township 24 North, Range 17 West, Woodward County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Woodward County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Carlson Petroleum Company; Western Farmers Electric Cooperative; James W. Caylor; C.J. Sharp; Kimbark Oil & Gas Co.; Rupe Investment Company; Phillip J. Vaccaro; Joe R. Long; Mack Oil Company; Sonat Exploration Company; Robert E. Rain, Jr. a/k/a R.E. Rain; Harold E. Bickford; Elsie D. Bickford, Donald C. Slawson; Ashley Investment Company; and Elsie D. Bickford and Harold D. Bickford, Co-Trustees of the Elsie D. Bickford and Harold D. Bickford Irrevocable Trust, and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above named parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant requests that the Corporation Commission enter an Order clarifying, construing and interpreting the intent of Commission Order No. 127,938 which pooled and adjudicated the rights of the oil and gas owners in the Tonkawa Sand, Cottage Grove Sand, Oswego Lime, Cherokee Sand, Cherokee Lime, Red Fork Sand, Chester Lime, Mississippi Lime and Hunton Lime common sources of supply underlying Section 28, Township 24 North, Range 17 West, Woodward County, Oklahoma, and to unambiguously provide that any owner subject thereto electing other than to participate the initial unit well provided for in that Order shall be considered to have relinquished its right to drill in those said common sources of supply in the initial unit well drilled and in any subsequent well drilled on those drilling and spacing units; and further providing that the Order to issue be effective on a date prior to the signing thereof. …
